The green chlorine molecule, in our logo symbolizes the many opportunities chlorine offers to make its use, as an industrial biocide, more sustainable and thus "greener".
In 1774 Carl Wilhelm Scheele discovered a yellow-greenish gas. He named it "Chlorine" after the Greek word 'KLOROS' which means green.
The radient green in our logo honors this origin.
At the same time it refers to the many opportunities chlorine chemistry offers to make its use "greener" and less environmental hazardous, when used in a correct way.
